I started this page to show some incredible history of the German Shepherd Dog. It was always interesting to me to see the jobs and roles the German Shepherd Dog filled for prior generations of all different backgrounds and nationalities and just how important they were to those they served. It is a great reminder to me that someday someone will look back on what we have done in our time. The German Shepherd Dog must not only be a dog of the past and the present; he must remain a working dog for all times!
